Body-Mapping

Body Mapping is an arts-based practice that invites you to artistically illustrate your lived experiences. And you don't need to be a talented artist to make a body map! Many clients report that body mapping has generated deep and long-lasting personal transformations, increasing their sense of self-compassion and understanding, emotional awareness, authentic expression, and even healing physical pain.

Mindfullness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

MBSR is a meditation therapy that enables you to find refuge and relief amidst chronic pain, including physical, emotional, and psychological pain.
