
My Approach
In addition to 7 years of experience as a psychotherapist, my background includes nearly 2 decades of experience as a yoga therapist, mindfullness coach, and meditation teacher.
My training has included: nature therapy, animal-assisted therapy, art therapy, plant medicine-integration therapy, somatic (body-based) psychology, integral psychology, transpersonal psychology as well as anti-oppressive (social justice) activism.

Additionally, I work as a social scientist and am currently cunducting a phenomenological study addressing the historical oppression of women's bodies, the findings of which will be published in 2025.
My training and experience provide a foundation that allows me to draw on a combination of modalities, and, together with you, we would determine which approaches best support your path to healing and wholeness.
